Clúster Puebla TIC began to take shape in January 2008 after a project arose that The State Government will promote the Software industries, for which it was essential to development of competency skills and were founded in 2010 with the interaction of 50 organizations and today they have the interaction of up to 493 organizations in the sector (it is one of the 22 Technology Clusters present in the Mexican territory) which is equivalent to 16.15% of companies in the State of Puebla (source DENUE-INEGI 2018).
